Google Forms MailerLite integration: connectors and setup

Last reviewed October 6, 2026

Quick answerNo direct sync: MailerLite's Google Forms listing points to six connectors, such as Zapier and Make, that sync form data into MailerLite when a form is submitted. A MailerLite signup form skips the connector entirely.

Does MailerLite integrate with Google Forms?

Not directly. MailerLite's Google Forms listing names six connector platforms that send form responses into MailerLite: Zapier, Make, LeadsBridge, Appypie, Onlizer and Integrately.

MailerLite files the Google Forms connection under third-party integrations: built by someone else, so you contact that developer for help. The exception is the Zapier app, which MailerLite built, and Make says it supports and maintains its own MailerLite app.

What syncs and which plan it needs

The listing says data syncs from Google Forms to MailerLite when a form is submitted or subscriber information is modified. It names no MailerLite plan for the connection, but the MailerLite API is limited on Free and sending by API is for paid plans. At 500 subscribers, the paid plans begin with Comfort at $12 a month, billed monthly, as read on October 6, 2026.

Google's own help says responses can also be stored in a linked Google Sheet, and the Google Sheets MailerLite integration guide covers that route into MailerLite.

Setting up a connector with Zapier

  1. In Zapier, choose Google Forms as the trigger app. Its trigger for a new response is New Form Response.
  2. Choose MailerLite as the action app, so the form response starts an event in MailerLite. The action Create or Update Subscriber adds the person by email address, and a second action, Add Subscriber to a Group, puts an existing subscriber in a group.
  3. Run Zapier's test step, then click Publish & Turn on.

MailerLite's Zapier app works with accounts on the new MailerLite; a Legacy (Classic) account needs a different integration. Zapier also offers a New or Updated Form Response trigger that fires when a response is edited. Make lists a Watch Responses trigger and a Create / Update a Subscriber action for the new MailerLite. MailerLite's help says every subscriber added to an account must have consented to marketing emails.

When a MailerLite signup form is simpler

A MailerLite signup form needs no connector: once a subscriber completes it, they join your list and any linked automations start. To build one, open Forms, choose the Embedded forms tab, create the form and pick the group its subscribers join. It can carry double opt-in, a consent checkbox and interest groups. Free allows 3 active forms, Comfort 10 and Power unlimited. See MailerLite forms for more.

Pick Zapier or Make if the form must stay in Google Forms. MailerLite's 14-day trial of premium features asks for no credit card, so a form or a connector can be set up during it, before you pick a plan. MailerLite integrations lists the other connections.
