MailerLite pricing by subscriber tier, monthly and yearly
MailerLite prices Comfort and Power by subscriber tier, the size band a paid plan is priced for, and Free costs $0 for up to 250 active subscribers. Comfort is $12 a month, billed monthly, at 500 subscribers and $19 a month, billed monthly, at 1,000. Power is $25 and $39 a month, billed monthly, at the same counts.
Yearly billing takes 10% off: Comfort at 500 subscribers is $10.80 a month, billed yearly ($129.60 a year). MailerLite's help center says Growing Business is now called Comfort and Advanced is now called Power.

Start a 14-day MailerLite trial →Free, Comfort, Power and Enterprise: what each plan adds
Free costs $0 and covers 250 subscribers, 2,500 emails a month and 2 seats; the MailerLite free plan guide lists every limit. Comfort adds a third seat, logo removal, custom domains, a preference center, auto resend and RSS campaigns. Power adds unlimited seats, emails and automations, multiple automation triggers and 24/7 live chat. The MailerLite review weighs these against the limits.
How MailerLite counts subscribers and emails
MailerLite counts unique active subscribers across the billing cycle: an address that was Active at any point in the cycle counts even if it is deleted later, while unsubscribed and bounced contacts do not. A send is one email to one subscriber, so a campaign to 500 people uses 500 of the monthly emails.
The pricing page rounds up to the smallest tier that covers the count. A newsletter writer with 900 subscribers lands on the 1,000 tier, where Comfort is $19 a month, billed monthly, or $17.10 a month, billed yearly ($205.20 a year). A weekly newsletter to a full 1,000-subscriber tier is about 4,000 emails a month, inside Comfort's 10,000 and above Free's 2,500.
Outgrow the tier and the Terms of Use move a paid account up to the next one and charge the card on file.
Yearly billing, taxes, discounts and refunds
Yearly billing is one payment for 12 months, and prices may be subject to applicable taxes. Renewals use the price in force at renewal, with at least 14 calendar days' notice of a change.
MailerLite's pricing FAQ says a switch from a yearly to a monthly plan waits until the year ends, while its billing article applies a move to a higher monthly plan immediately, so treat a yearly payment as a 12-month commitment.
MailerLite's refund policy lets an individual who is not using it for business ask for a refund within 14 days, while its Terms of Use allow only business use and promise no refund for unused time, so plan on no refund.
Nonprofits get 30% off paid plans with proof of status, and only one discount applies at a time. Each account needs its own plan and billing, so several brands mean one plan per account.
When Power is worth it, and when Brevo or Kit (formerly ConvertKit) fits better
Power fits a team that needs more than 3 seats, a sender that wants unlimited emails under the fair use policy, or an automation with multiple triggers. At 1,000 subscribers it is $39 a month, billed monthly, against Comfort at $19 a month, billed monthly. The 14-day trial gives access to premium features for up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails, with no credit card required.
Brevo prices by emails sent, not subscribers: Starter is $9 a month, billed monthly, from 5,000 emails a month. Kit (formerly ConvertKit) has a free plan for up to 10,000 subscribers. The cheapest email marketing platform guide compares the options by price, and MailerLite vs Brevo sets those two side by side.
