Flodesk's prices were read at 1,000 subscribers only, so check other list sizes on its own page. Its pricing FAQ says pricing is the same for all members, listed in USD. Flodesk retired its flat-rate unlimited plan for new members on December 2, 2025, and moved to subscriber-based pricing, so older comparisons that show a flat price are out of date.

MailerLite Comfort allows 50 active automations of up to 100 steps each, and Power makes automations unlimited at $39 a month billed monthly. Flodesk starts unlimited workflows on Pro, $28 a month billed monthly, so for unlimited automations Flodesk is the lower price at this list size.
Flodesk Lite is the capped plan, with limits on workflows, a ceiling of 25,000 subscribers and 1 seat. MailerLite Free has 2 seats, Comfort 3 and Power unlimited.
Free plans: one sends email, one does not
MailerLite's Free plan sends up to 2,500 emails a month to 250 subscribers, with 3 signup forms, 1 website, 1 landing page and three email editors: drag and drop, simple and custom HTML. Comfort allows 10 pages and sites in total, and Power allows unlimited. Flodesk's Free plan builds forms and landing pages but sends no email, per its pricing page.
Flodesk offers a free trial of its paid features with no credit card and does not state its length. MailerLite gives 14 days of premium features without a card, capped at 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails, so both tools can be tried before paying.
Selling products and checkout
MailerLite counts active digital products and bookings, sold through MailerLite pages with Stripe: 1 on Free, 5 on Comfort and unlimited on Power. Paid newsletters and recurring subscriptions need Comfort or Power, and recurring purchases accept only card payments.
