What each MailerLite plan includes
MailerLite sells four plans. Free costs nothing for up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month, with 2 user seats, 3 automations, 3 signup forms, 1 website and 1 landing page, and community support. Comfort and Power are priced by subscriber tier, and Enterprise is a custom plan for 200K+ subscribers, priced by quote.

| Subscribers | Comfort | Power |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 500 | $12 a month, 5,000 emails | $25 a month, unlimited emails |
| Up to 1,000 | $19 a month, 10,000 emails | $39 a month, unlimited emails |
| Up to 2,500 | $33 a month, 25,000 emails | $49 a month, unlimited emails |

| Up to 10,000 | $89 a month, 100,000 emails | $129 a month, unlimited emails |
Billed yearly, each paid plan costs 10% less: Comfort is $10.80 a month at 500 subscribers ($129.60 a year) and $17.10 a month at 1,000 ($205.20 a year). All prices may be subject to applicable taxes.
How the limits work
Comfort's monthly emails are ten times the top of your subscriber tier, so the 1,000 tier allows 10,000 emails whatever your exact count. Power's unlimited emails are subject to a fair use policy. Only active automations, forms, pages and products count toward a plan's limits; drafts do not.
MailerLite counts unique active subscribers across a billing cycle: an address that was active at any point in the cycle still counts if you delete it later, while unsubscribed and bounced contacts do not count. A count between two tiers is priced at the next tier up, so 1,200 subscribers land on the 2,500 tier.
When the plan changes on its own
On Free, going past 250 subscribers pauses campaigns, automations and new subscribers added by hand, by API or through integrations, although forms and landing pages keep collecting signups. On a paid plan, growing past your tier upgrades the account to the next tier and charges the card on file.
Sending more than Comfort's monthly email limit upgrades the plan for that month, and it returns to the tier that matches your subscriber count at renewal.
Which plan fits which list
- Free: a list under 250 that needs no more than 3 automations and 3 forms, and can keep the MailerLite logo.
- Comfort: 3 seats, 50 automations, 10 websites and landing pages in total, 10 forms, paid newsletters, RSS campaigns and logo removal.
- Power: unlimited emails, seats, automations, pages and forms, multiple triggers in one automation, and 24/7 live chat with email support.
- Enterprise: 200K+ subscribers, with a dedicated success manager and deliverability support, by quote.
What to check before paying
Every new account gets a 14-day trial of premium features with no credit card. It is limited to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails and leaves out seven paid features, among them unlimited sending, custom domains and logo removal; when it ends, the account returns to Free with nothing deleted.
MailerLite gives no refund for unused time, so treat a yearly plan as a 12-month commitment, and plans renew at the price current at renewal. Nonprofits get 30% off paid plans with proof of status.
