Support on each plan
As read on October 6, 2026, MailerLite's Free plan comes with community support, Comfort with 24/7 email support, and Power with 24/7 live chat and email support. On Comfort, live chat opens only on tiers of 50,000 subscribers or more.
MailerLite's help center says customers on paid plans contact Support from their account, through Help and then Contact us, while Free accounts are pointed to its Customer Self-Service Center of help articles, troubleshooting guides and video tutorials.

Start a 14-day MailerLite trial →Live chat in the first 14 days
Live chat is open to every new account for its first 14 days, the same window as the 14-day trial of premium features, which needs no credit card. On Comfort, that chat access ends after 14 days unless the account is on a tier of 50,000 subscribers or more.
MailerLite's migration page also offers 14 days of 24/7 live chat and email during the trial, so a list move is easiest inside that window.
Integrations built by other companies
MailerLite's rule is that its Support helps with featured integrations, which MailerLite builds, while for a third-party integration you contact that integration's developer. Check which kind you rely on before something breaks: the integrations guide shows which ones MailerLite builds.
Enterprise support
Enterprise, for 200K+ subscribers, adds priority support, a dedicated success manager, an account audit, onboarding consultation and training, and deliverability support. It is priced by quote.
Support and the price you pay
Live chat is the main support difference between the two paid plans. Billed monthly at 1,000 subscribers, Comfort is $19 a month and Power $39; Power also brings unlimited emails, seats and automations.
Before something goes wrong
One blocker is easy to avoid: a new account may send from its own domain without domain authentication only during the 14-day trial, and after that the domain must be authenticated. The domain authentication guide covers the records.
Prices, limits and features here are as MailerLite's own pricing page and help center stated them on the dates in the source list below.
