Automation, forms and pages

MailerLite Free allows 3 automations, 3 signup forms, 1 website and 1 landing page; Comfort raises that to 50 automations, 10 forms and 10 websites and landing pages in total. SendFox's paid Pro plan removes its branding and lists paid newsletters through Stripe.

Free plan limits

On contacts, SendFox's free plan is larger: 1,000 against MailerLite's 250 subscribers. On features, MailerLite Free has more automations and forms, and its API is limited rather than absent.

Cost

Billed monthly, MailerLite Comfort is $12 a month at 500 subscribers and $19 at 1,000. SendFox's paid prices are on its own page; this guide gives none.

Ownership and export

MailerLite exports subscribers as a CSV file, including their groups if you add that column, so the list can leave with you; only account administrators can export.

Which option should you choose?

Choose SendFox if your list is between 250 and 1,000 contacts, you send simple newsletters and want to stay on a free plan. Choose MailerLite if you need more than one automation or form, landing pages, or paid tiers from 500 subscribers up.
