Moosend: what the email platform does and who it fits

What Moosend is

Moosend is email marketing software, and its pricing page says it is now a Constant Contact company. It sells three plans: Pro, priced by the number of contacts, and Moosend+ and Enterprise, which are custom. Moosend+ is Pro plus the Enterprise add-ons you choose, such as dedicated IPs, transactional emails and more team members.

Moosend counts unique email addresses, so an address in several lists or segments is billed once.

Moosend Pro prices

As read on October 6, 2026, Moosend Pro costs $9 a month at 500 contacts, $16 at 1,000, $48 at 5,000 and $88 at 10,000, billed monthly. Paying twice a year saves 15% and paying yearly 20%: at 1,000 contacts that is $14 or $13 a month. Nonprofits get a further 25% off on top of the yearly discount.

Moosend also sells pay-as-you-go email credits with no time limit, starting at 350,000 credits for $350.

The 30-day trial

Moosend has no free plan. Its pricing page says "Try core features with a 30-day free trial, no credit card required." The trial allows unlimited sends for up to 1,000 contacts, but one published automation workflow, 2 team members, and a form and landing page that stay unpublished; Pro has 5 team members.

Moosend or MailerLite

MailerLite has a Free plan for up to 250 subscribers and 2,500 emails a month, plus a 14-day trial of premium features with no card. Billed monthly at 1,000, MailerLite Comfort is $19 a month against $16 for Moosend Pro, and Comfort has 3 seats against Moosend Pro's 5 team members.
