What MailerLite reports show
Each campaign report opens on an Overview with engagement (opens and clicks), deliverability (deliveries, hard and soft bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints) and, with a store connected, e-commerce figures such as total revenue. Further tabs show the email, subscriber activity, link activity and location data.

Start a 14-day MailerLite trial →Dashboard and custom reports
The dashboard sums up subscribers, campaigns, automations, forms, e-commerce and sites for the last 30 days by default; Comfort and Power can change the period and compare it with the one before. Custom reports chart up to 2 metrics at a time, grouped by campaign, campaign type, group or period, and filtered by campaign or segment.
Where the numbers mislead
MailerLite counts every Gmail open as a webmail open, even on a phone, because Gmail caches tracking pixels, and its location report counts all Gmail opens as the United States. Security filters that click every link are recorded as subscriber clicks, and a forwarded email's clicks count under the original subscriber.
Automation reports
An automation report has an Overview of the whole workflow plus Activity and History. From Activity you can export who completed the automation, who is queued and who was canceled.
Exporting reports
A campaign report downloads as a CSV from its More menu, or prints to PDF, and the dashboard exports a CSV of the stats you choose. To export the people behind a number, use the campaign's Subscriber activity tab.
Reading the numbers
Read opens as a rough signal and judge a campaign by clicks on the links that matter and by the orders or signups your own systems record. Deliveries, bounces and spam complaints show the health of the list.
A new account can review its first reports during the 14-day trial of premium features, card not required.
